The Florida legislature should not pass laws based upon insurance company propaganda. In limiting a law aimed at denying medical malpractice victims their full rights in court, the Court per Judge Lewis noted:
… according to statistics, the number of physicians practicing in the Sunshine State actually grew during the so-called “crisis.”
